Isn't it possible to just fake your submission? How is nexon suppose to know that you aren't in the North America. I seem to recall one of the Q&A's at basil saying to just use a proxy server to access GMS content. Disguise your IP, the prize is in NX so just lie.

Nope. It's not that i can't send the things. It's because my artwork is disqualified for it.
I don't want anyone else to send it, the problem isn't about the submission, it's because the thing itself will be disqualified regardless of anything.
I've already sent my artwork and already am participating on this. There's no need to re-send it. We should just wait and see if this was a copypasta from old ToS for events, or that it truly works.

Proxies don't help. It's not a matter of IP's, if it was, i'd bypass it as i have proxies that i used daily. My account is old enough not to be banned from GMS at all.
Let's just wait until March and see if they will really do what's there.
