The thread for figure-collectors

The only figure I've ever really wanted is this one.



And possibly the Takagi one as well. I'll probably own them one day.

This is pretty much my shelf for stuff I haven't gotten a glass case for yet. It's just a shelf that I had a bunch of random monster cans on (Not because I'm a neckbeard but because I thought I was cool by collecting them). So instead I cleared it off and now they just stay there till I not get lazy and get some nice casing for them.

Anyways, one of these figures is gonna make Kunagisa jelly.

Also, some cool stuff announced at WonFest, thought not as much stuff that I'm interested in compared to last year... though that's more due to me trying to limit what I'm buying. Definitely getting Nendoroid Flonne and Imca, though, along with Figma Append Miku... And given that there's more Bakemonogatari Figmas, I'm probably going to get Hanekawa if she's ever made. :x

What are your thoughts on her, Khoi? Her face seems to be a bit wide, but I thought she was pretty cute.

I've got a fairly decent sized wishlist of stuff I want already, so I'm personally passing on her since it doesn't scream at me to buy it. Also, I'd also want to wait for the faces to judge if I really do want her or not.

I wouldn't mind getting her, the problem would be the costs and maybe her face. Seriously. The smile really throws me off, because I can never imagine Cirno showing "teeth". It's weird. I'd rate it 7/10, because of the massive head and wide-face too. I do like it, don't get me wrong. Just.. the teeth . . . But besides that, I'd buy it.

Yeah, I really want her as well. I both dreaded and looked forward to her announcement, since I knew it would happen eventually, but... it'll be an exclusive, so... :x

The Touhou PixTone stuff is also pretty neat, though. I think there's some ~3k yen shirt and PixTone bundle going on for Cirno's, though that's just me guessing based on pictures.

Hmm? I think most of us order things from AmiAmi, among other sites. And for "from Japanese magazines", if you're referring to what Khoi bought, it's just a freebie that comes with the magazine.

And what characters? I'll look to see if there's anything out there, if you want. :p

And these phone straps are amazing, but each set is ~$50, so... I'm going to order a few individually from a club on MFC that splits sets like these. Hopefully I can narrow down and get some that I really want... :x
