Out of Frequency Range

It's frelcking annoying! Hothead

I can't play Maple in full screen anymore without it going black. I've tried Googling a solution but they don't work. Do I need a video card update or would I need a new monitor? I believe it's about 7 years old now?

The monitor is this: [Image: c00665810.jpg]

Even a cheap monitor will do, as long as it isn't bulky like the older monitors should work.
Flat and thin are more modern and isn't so ugly looking since most of them are black and more sleek. (My opinion)
EDIT: Just looked at the monitor again, it isn't fat.
Get the wide monitors and hope your computer can support the resolution, or else you will have graphic issues.

24" LCD shouldn't cost much more than $200.

My faces when I saw those cool, but expensive monitors:

Dammit, you get the idea though. Rolleyes

I'm going to calculate it between what I have to spend now (may need to do some budgetting somewhere) and how much of it I can spend.

Built-in speakers sound cool and all (along with higher resolution), but not sure if it's worth the extra $30~$40.

Built-in speakers are generally garbage and are usually a gimme. They're hardly a point to consider as to what raises the price of a monitor. Not useful for anything except HDMI-Audio for your PS3 or 360 in my opinion.

...I love you.

Thank God it fixed it!
I remember doing this once and it did nothing, so I've been leaving it alone ever since.

That monitor doesn't seem 7 years old. It seems from like 1995.

I was thinking the same thing. But, I tried checking when it was made and got some time in 2004.

I think, personally, it's about 10 or 12 years old.

I want to get a new monitor, but I believe that can wait until after I go on summer vacation.
