What made you choose your job class?

My best character in SSBM/SSBB is Marth. I wanted my MS character to resemble him. Page/White Knight was the closest I can find since we primarily stick to swords. Also, since Marth is water elemental himself, I found White Knights' elements to resemble him the most.

First archer in Bera because I loves teh bow and arrows.
No, really. I've started with an archer in every (MMO)RPG I've ever played, except Rappelz.

Cleric because I thought Magic Claw was the sexiest skill ever at the time, was prepared to play 16+ of the first 24 hours of Khaini, and heard they leveled fast and had a good 3rd job.

Archer again because I'd become rooted in Khaini.

Sindit because I found a 54 kfan, and wanted to see what SB felt like. Realized those were pretty stupid reasons and quit before level 20.

Page because I wanted a character to screw around with. It is pretty screwy, too. 40 LUK, 6 DEX, 11 SB, 12 Iron Body, level 35, and I've used my 3 PG all over the place.

Cleric again because my old one's build sucked, and I needed an excuse to test unmaxed Heal damage.

I just realized this thread was in Broa subforum, lol. I was checking "new posts"

Basically i was sitting at lvl 28 and wondering what class i should chose. I was talking to a 3x mage friend of mine, and he quickly explained the classes. I figured i didnt wanna be a cleric, since i wanted to attack. He said that FA was stronger than CB, so i liked that idea. He also came out to my boar map and was showing off and i thought Fire Arrow was the coolest pomegranate EVAR.

Thats basically about it. i chose mage in the first place because uh....i liked range and whatnot. I hated it because at first i was like: ONOZ I GOIN 2 HELL CUZ I UZIN DEM DIMON ARTZ D: But yeah, i got over that.


I made my NL (started it) like 2 months after i started my AM (which was almost two and a half years ago). It was sorta a bandwaggon class at the time, though DK's were the major one. I made it because i wanted to know what it was like to have kickass jumpshot skills, and i figured it'd be fun. Didnt level it much till about a year and a half ago, maybe a lil less than that (trained with a friend a lot). Over time i played it off and on (it was almost 90 when 4th came out since i had gotten sick of misting sharks <_<), and then i got it to mid 9x so i could get a zhelm on it, and i was a bit sick of my weak MP guzzling f/p at the time (oh yay, wyverns!). Tye let me go on a zrun and get a helm on it at like 97, and what'dya know, TT drops and i was the only one that "needed" it. Tye said i better not let it go to waste since at the time a lot of NL's were still having trouble getting it. Decided to level that up to NL and kept going with it a bit.

Now im back on my AM for the most part. HT pendant kinda got me going with that again, and i can train with someone and help em level faster, so thats always a plus :3

I chose paladin because every RPG i have played, always chose the class paladin, and because it is an entirely different class, not only based on strength.

Fast attack, highest DPS per monster, able to manvauer, takes skill doding in certain maps, ranged, sex beast when funded.

I love Quest for Glory and Warcraft (NOT WORLD OF WARCRAFT), and in both games my favorite class was always the Paladin.

I loved how in Quest for Glory 4 you were a Holy hero who had to help other people, if you didn't you'd get owned by the ghost of another Paladin (who pretty much said "help people or I'll kill you peach"). The Paladin in Quest for Glory wielded the power of magic and had special abilities such as the one to heal himself as well as others, he also decimated noobs with his glowing sword and shield.

With Warcraft 2, Paladins could once again use magic and heal their allies, plus they rode around on steeds and crushed skulls with their gigantic hammers. They were just pineappleing sick.


So when I saw Maple Story had a Paladin class, I thought to myself: "Sweet! A warrior that can use magic, pwn people with hammers, and heal his allies!" I made my Page and dreamed every day of becoming a Paladin.








...then Nexon revealed Paladin skills.

i Love the archer class, i dont know every game i play i love the "Bowmen" i feel like im attracted to that type of class.
