Cygnus 10% EXP Question

What exactly is that upcoming 10% bonus experience for Cygnus thing? What level do you need to reach or what quests do you need to do to get it?

As far as I know (and that's only from screenies and a few posts, to which I can't even link) is that you get 10% extra directly after you leveled. So instead of leveling and having 0%, you level and have 10%. And that's every level. It's for UAs btw.

You don't need to do anything to get the bonus. Don't know if it applies to noblesse or not.

Wait, what? I simply cannot belive you would get 10% from the get go all the way to 200. I'm kind of sure it is the Cygnus that gets that EXP benefit, not the UA.

KoC only and yea, you even get it as a noblesse, so right from the start.
UA only get skills/eq/medal, dunno where this rumour came from that they have the 10% bonus as well.

So is the 10% exp an event? Or do all new and/or current KoCs just receive it after the patch so that KoCs from then on only require 90% of the previously needed experience?

But after the patch at every level Cygnus have 10% of their bars filled automatically, meaning they need only 90% of the necessary exp, right? Or does it work some other way? It's hard to figure out the concept since there's never been anything like in Maple before. Well, at least not way back when.

Here's a scenario.

You are level 37.
You got 99.99% exp.
You trained and leveled up.

You are now level 38.
With 10% exp already filled in your EXP bar.

This process repeats till level 120.
And is Cygnus only.

Is that really hard to understand?
