Enhancement on a D. Khanjar?

If you were to place an Enhancement scroll on a Dragon Khanjar, would you gain weapon attack?

No. Only weapons can get w att or m att. Some claim that gloves can too, but I have never seen any evidence of this, no screenshot nor item in FM. If gloves can get att it is the only non weapon item that can.

Interesting, though this was about enhancements not potential.

My mistake. With enhancements, I'm fairly certain only weapons can get attack as it wouldn't make sense for gloves to get attack when the potential cannot. I figured the flat bonuses that equipment adds with potential (non%) was generally the same that could increase. Beats me. I don't dare enhance anything yet until we get that safety items from KMS.

Intuition says it's impossible, or we'd have seen some 100-att gloves during the EE-exploit days.
Same for shields, capes, shoes, and whatever else can have an attack stat without being a weapon.

Only main weapons and kataras are able to get ATT from Enhancement scrolls.

Just to note, gloves can gain magic attack from enhancements, although maybe only mage gloves. A friend enhanced her glove and the first one gave her +2 MA

Dkhanjars probably cost too much for a good majority to just throw an enhancement on.

Eh. It sucks that it's so rare in GMS. I can't get any answers out of the JMS players because they generally don't care or don't have a character that they can try it on. lol

Dragon Khanjars drop like candy from various monsters in JMS. It's a shame it's not the same in GMS.

It almost seems to imply items that had base watk/matk from kMS may get the enhancement.

As anyone tried to enhance a Mechanic's Pure Gold Engine?

I've enhanced a glove and gotten one attack from it. 3rd star if it matters.
