None of them are really what I was expecting. I think #4 has the best idea.

If I think which one should go under my username, I feel like 11 is the best =/. 4 is a bit too small too read.

I like how #11 looks. #10 isn't too bad either.
I like the idea behind #2, but the chinchilla was drawn poorly.
I like the feel of #4, but it feels small.
#3 definitely looks unique, but it seems out of place.

Do look that No 4 has lots of white space above and below it so it's got the biggest size possible.
