I just returned to playing Maple a week or so ago. My first few characters were getting item bundles and a note about advancing after the first job advance. A couple days later I made a Cygnus. And then another...and another...and another. All of them seemed to get Pig's Weakness instead of the note or item bundle. From what I could gather using Google, the skill is supposed to be the reward of a Pirate quest. I skimmed Nexon's site and couldn't find anything about an event ending which would explain it.
Can someone tell me if my getting Pig's Weakness is what's supposed to happen? Or is it simply a bug?

I get a little confused, you give too little information. What do you get the pig's weakness skill from? If it is from Power B. Fore (or what ever the red outfit white moustache dude's name is) it is as intended. If you get the skill from something else, it is a bug.

I get it from the job instructor at level 10 after picking a class and finishing the required job advance quest. I get a change in HP/MP, the ability to customize my stat points, 1 skill point, the knight in training medal, the untradable beginning weapon for the class and the skill Pig's Weakness. This is before ever going to Victoria. If Pig's Weakness is supposed to be received from Power, then it seems the 1st job advance for Cygnus Knights is bugged. In that case...fffffff.

Can't really remember if you get the skill directly from the Cygnus NPC or not, I made my Cygnus when it came, made 120 after a few weeks and havent touched it since. What is this item bundle you say you should recieve?

It seems the item package was from the Big Bang event that persisted to February. That still doesn't explain Pig's Weakness, though, and seeing as I left Maple before the introduction of the Knights and returned during the event, I've no idea what they're actually supposed to get at the 1st job advance in addition to the skill point, weapon and medal. Are those the only things they get under normal non-bugged circumstances? Or is Pig's Weakness actually a "feature" rather than a bug? Because I'm pretty sure I didn't get it during the event, and there's little reason why that would change.
