Bottom and top were feeding, ww was doing a good job in the jungle. Top went down in a few min. Team wanted to surrender at 25 but then I started getting fed, shen started getting his tank items and WW was helping to own in team fights.

First real ranked game. Felt so good to carry bads.

Oh and the fiddle on our team didn't speak english.

Probably will, in all honesty. I don't think I'm going to get much better than my current skill level.

Not saying you're bad, but imo only really good players should enter.

4. I believe you said you played lux? She's support so it's really hard to carry as her. I love playing nidalee but if my team sucks I can't really do anything.. There's a big difference in my nidalee on a pre-made vs solo queue :/.

You forgot to state the fact that he probobly does't have full rune pages or mastered multiple characters which is really important in ranked due to character banning and a character cannot be mirrored (if someone chooses kennen on one team the other team cannot have kennen too).

My three characters right now are Gragas, Lux, and Rammus. Looking to pick up a melee or range DPS and can't decide who. Earlier in the week most of my scores in my losing games were very good considering each situation, the last two days or so have been a bit worse. Overall I've gone from about 48-41 W:L a while back to 72:75 right now.

I had some great Lux games today. Finished with another 8-1-11 game after my last post.
In no particular game so far would I call myself horribad (except maybe the game I played with Ray) or the stand-out reason my team lost, but the losses add up to a bit of a downer.
Also, my Rammus is very bad if I encounter any early game problems or more than like... one caster. I need to learn some jungling.

Rammus can handle up to two casters (You will need to use Mercury Threads, Banshee Veil, and FoN). Any more than that, Rammus is rendered useless.

I've faced far worse than you. A couple of weeks ago, I was playing LoL with Rammus, and out of 5 games, 3 games had 3-4 casters. You can guess how I felt after losing really badly......>_>

You may be out of the way of the 4 people who you just added a loss to their record sure but then you have a new set of people the next game after.. So you're basically inconveniencing others for nothing. Learn atleast 3 characters and get full rune pages for them before you touch ranked. I have friends who have over 800 wins and still haven't tried even a single game of ranked. 1 Rune page for ashe isn't good enough especially since team composition will be a big factor in whether or not your team wins or not.

The early game problem usually compounds with the caster problem. If I can get my HoG, mercs, and a sunfire before I have to get a banshee's, and if I can get all of that before seriously huge team fights break out, I do well.

I played a few games today that were much more skirmished based. They were a lot of fun and I'm kinda jealous of the EU server's metagame.

Unserious players shouldn't be playing ranked.

Also, by the time you hit 30 you don't have enough champs or runes for said champs to contribute anything to the team than your ''main''

[spoiler=BEST. FUC'KING. EPIC. GAME. EVER!!!!!!!]

Holy shi't, I still can't understand how we won. We were losing very badly. At one point, they had 2 of our inhibitors down, and it looked like we were going to lose. Surrender vote failed three times. Then we all suspected the opponents were at Baron the second time. They got it, but then they committed a fatal mistake: splitting up. Tyramediere was left alone, and we gladly picked him apart. Then we proceed to chase them through their jungle and pick apart the rest of the others in the jungle and at their base. Middle Turret down. Inhibitor went down. Ace achieved. Then the two Nexus turrets went down. And Nexus went down.

All in the span of 3 minutes. And I nearly j**zed in my pants over this surprise victory.

And Tristana carried for us in the very end. Maybe protecting him was actually the best thing to do; he DPSed like nuts for us. THIS GAME HAS TO BE MORE EPIC THAN 4V5 MATCHES. SERIOUSLY!!

P.S. 4 Casters on the enemy team. Nearly got rendered useless, but hey we won! XD[/spoiler]

I will be watching it (I get home very early from school that day) and will provide feedback after. I'm expecting at least one odd thing that the AI bots will do.

The catch is that when you hit 30 you MUST have a total of 14 characters in your inventory to choose from (including free week champs) or it will not allow you to join a ranked queue. I know you are good enough to play ranked, just try to make sure you learn a couple of other roles well first, it will be to your benefit.

You need at least 14 characters because there's 10 players and 4 bans. If you have less than 14, theoretically everything you want to take could be taken/banned.

That's understandable.

OK I can now see personally why some people may see Rammus as OP. Last night when I was playing a game with Rammus, I was OK until the end, when my team started pushing towards the opponent's base. Then I proceeded to do this to any enemies close by

...until my HP was too low for me to continue. Result: I went 4-3-26

And I think on that same game that I was Taunting like nuts, at the beginning there was one Mundo that never seemed to stop trash talking. Whenever he came to my team's outer turret on the top lane, I proceeded roll to him, taunt, and cause tower aggro. Then ignited him for profit. Twice. You never seem to give up after getting owned in the same fashion once?

6 450 IP Champs + 8 1350 IP Champs = 2700 IP + 10800 IP = 13500 IP

So to get the minimum number of champs to do ranked games, you just need 13500 IP. Which considering I have around 8-9k IP saved up at 17 and I only started playing normal games at around lvl 10-11, isn't hard to do by lvl 30. Now of course if you want a lot of the expensive champions, it would take a lot longer, but realistically it's not that hard to get enough for ranked games
