Design the 2011 MapleCalendar Event
#21
Here's the actual calender:

January: More glitches overlooked and relevant tickets closed for no reason.
February: Spill coffee on computers.
March: Rampant exploits go unfixed.
April: Fool the average user into thinking we give a damn about them.
May: The month we actually get off our asses and pretend to do stuff.
June: Boy is it hot, server overheating means it's Bob's turn to buy a new fan for $10 at Wal-mart.
July: Celebrate the birth of America by clogging up your etc inventory with useless items.
August: Go to the beach by staying home.
September: Back to School-for you...less work for us...means nothing actually happens.
October: Boo. U scared now? Also, roughly cut&paste KMS code to make it look like we know how to code.
November: Oh no, an obvious exploit we've overlooked since January
December: Rollback to January

They said it will be out in Summer. Nexon's always called their June and July patches summer patches. LHC they said in the dev blog will be out in March. Anniversary May.
So lets use your deductive reasoning shall we? NEXON said 2-3 months per patch now wellllllll from January to March is 2 months, seems to fit the schedule. March to May, 2 months. Fits yet again. May to July oh look its summer.

August is summer too.
As for the rest of your leaps, A) they never said when the count would begin. It could be two to three months from the January patch, or two to three months from the February patch, and unless they've already stocked us with unreleased content to last us the next two to three months it could still be either. Do we have the requisites for the March egg hunt yet? Making assumptions based on guesses of when the patches will be when the patches can contain any amount of time-released data is absurd. We've seen them put in things they released several months later more than once so your own deductive reasoning isn't so impressive either.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.

They already have the Golden Temple and Mardi Gras and Valentines patches patched in. Theres no reason to have a patch in Feburary. They just need a server check to triggers the drops and open the GT portals. They fixed the mobs in the January patch so why they need to patch something in for March is dumb. Ok so I stand corrected July-August fits into the 2-3 month plan they said in their blog. Releasing it in August would be dumb because everyones just getting back into school. At least with Mechs some college students had off and like my school was still on break as well.

Believe as you will.
We've had ample evidence that they do what they want, when they want.
What you consider a logical timeline has no bearing on them and for all you know they want to patch in February to avoid patching again until July.
If it's what they want and what tehy can achieve they'll do it regardless of whether they told us every two months or every twenty.

I'll agree to that. No more derailing the thread. Let time tell.

I liked it better when we didn't know what was coming. Future looks bleak.
