To explain: I had waited over a year for this to be re-licensed for DVD, since the original release became very rare a few months after release. It was finally announced for release in early October... and then a week before release, it was changed to "TBA". There was no information given on the delay. There still isn't any information on the delay. But I had given up on it being released till at least May, since that's when "Shinkai day" is on Crunchyroll and Bandai's release schedule up through April was already out.
