Hmm, interesting. I can't say I dislike the CC system, but I'm just so accustomed to using TP to execute skills. I do like Asbel's skills, he seems to have quite a variety, and like you said, they all seem to be useful (and at the same speed.. at that . . . )

As long as the main villian's goal isn't remaking the world for his tree-goddess sister :3

They should multi-platform this sucker because I don't have a PS3.

Yeah, I didn't like Symphonia's end-game villain. <_< Eternia's was more generic, but at least it made sense.

Symphonia's final boss battle wasn't even satisfying. Abysseon gave me a harder time than that :<

Most Tales hidden / omgSRSBSNS bosses are like that though . . Sekundes [Dhaos] from Eternia was significantly harder than Shizel&Nereid, and Nereid Regulus was waaaaay harder than Sekundes. You couldn't even fight Nereid Regulus unless you unlocked Hardcore difficulty in the game after beating it at least once, then having to go up a terrifyingly ANNOYING dungeon just to get to Nereid Regulus. >_> ! ! !
Abyssion was similar to that, and you had to get all of the Nebilim weapons (was it called that, or devil weapons? I forgot, whatever.) and do a bunch of crap or something just to fight Abyssion. I haven't played ToS as much as ToE to even make a good comparison, but Abyssion was one HELL of a boss. Mithos . . . is just a wimp. I could beat him and his 2nd form in a total of 2 minutes soloing on the hardest difficulty using only Lloyd & that Nebilim weapon.
I still think those weapons are outrageously broken . . .

Graces's final boss is pretty fun unless you're obscenely over leveled. I think you can get there around level 50, but you may still have a hard time until like level 70, and then you can just up the difficulty level, which from what I can tell, not only increase their stats, but their speed and AI. Boss monsters seem to get smarter as the battle progresses and they lose more health. They start attacking faster, stronger, use more deadly artes and spells, and it may just be my horrible luck, but they start focusing on healers when they start healing, which I find to be plain bull pomegranate. I'm pinning a bastard, and the second he breaks free, he chases down Cheria T_T Gives for a lot of tension though.
After you beat the final boss, you unlock the bonus dungeon, which has ten stages you can access, two floors each. Each stage ends in a boss that's harder than the last, and they're definitely more troublesome than the final boss in my opinion, most likely due to the level scaling in the place. I find it doesn't make too much sense how each stage the monsters are another 10 levels higher, but it provides the significant challenge worthy of a bonus dungeon, and the boss on the final stage is pretty ridiculous from what I remember on the Wii. The actual way the bonus dungeon works is much better than Symphonia's Niflheim or Hearts's Spiria Maze where you instantly game over when you run out of points, but the concept is still pretty similar. You start at 100%, which is a modifier for monster level, and for every few steps you gain 1%. Winning fights reduces it by 10%, to a minimum of 100%. With this, you can't just enter the dungeon, dodge every fight, and sprint to the boss, unless you want to fight them at double their level.
Plus, there's a few optional bosses you have access to before the bonus dungeon that are strong too.
I thought Mithos was okay for the level you're supposed to fight him, but in reality, you end up over leveling quite a bit to get there since there's really no post-game content unlike Graces. Niflheim was very unrewarding in my opinion. Graces' Bonus Dungeon has the chance for the best equipment for every character on different floors, plus lost of bosses, so it's much more replayable.
If you like spending obscene amounts of money too, the Japanese version has been releasing weekly DLC, which I presume the US version will follow in suit. Most of the stuff released is various Aliases that have costumes (for example, this week was a Tales themed costume, with Leon for Asbel, Flynn for Hubert, Natalia for Cheria, Anise for Sophie, Raven for Malik, Harold for Pascal, and Zelos for Richard), though rather expensive at 400 Yen a piece. Of course, otaku will buy anything.

You can clearly see the 'V' (middle) and the 'ria' (right end) in Vesperia and the 'F' in Graces F.

You can easily tell because the Tales is underlined and there is part of the star at the bottom right which appears in the Vesperia logo. Don't really know how I should feel about this since I already have both in Japanese, but at the rate I'm going, I probably won't have finished Vesperia by the time Xillia comes out. Probably just going to facepalm a lot on localisations if anything. Well, at least I can get my friends into this.

Any information on that mysterious V?
Also we're way passed the date shown before. Any information there?

I would assume the Vesperia logo was some other viral marketing scheme to promote its PS3 release yet to be officially announced. Or it was an elaborate troll to gauge interest.
