oh, ive never played kass before but i guess if thats how it works, maybe karma is a little better than i thought

His ulti deals massive damage if you know a fight is coming up or if you're about to gang, every charge it gets adds a ton of damage.
Adds mana cost too, which is why it can be hard to control.

I was thinking of Karma as being a bit like Lux in style, strong AP burst but bringing speed/healing support to the table instead of CC support. In a team fight I'd want to be slightly behind whoever is the front man, let them do the running around to hit people with spirit bond and be in a good spot to hit enemies and allies with Q. I bet she can go a bit balls-to-the-wall. Better than Taric/Zil/Janna? I'd be surprised if she was. For a general good-in-most-situations build, I'd be tempted to go with the spotlight video's support build but swap the Spirit Visage for Rabadon's or a different AP item.
I want to know just how potent her shield is.

Patch .110 is here! And last I saw, it's at +10k... it's going to draw out an absurd amount of downvotes just because it doesn't deserve to be that high.
Highlights:
--Base MP5 is increased all across the board, while rune-based MP5 is nerfed. Scaling into late-game largely remains unaffected.
--Beginning sources of HP are nerfed in one shape or another. Doran items have their other stats slightly buffed to compensate for being more expensive.
--Teemo can now move quick whenever the fk he wants to gtfo. Since his ability is remade, he kinda effectively has a Boots of Mobility thing going for him.
--Soraka's healing got much buffer vs. physical damage. Base value is slightly increased, scaling slightly nerfed.
--Renekton remodeled. While it doesn't address the mysterious 0 defenses glitch (afaik), his CDs and attacking ability are buffed in general, while his lifesteal got hit.
--Rammus' Powerball slow got nerfed, allowing for a slightly better ability for his victims to escape. Nothing new about his Taunt CD however.
--Olaf can now spam the fk out of Undertow to ruin your day; glitch is no more. Ouch!
--Lose-HP-on-leveling glitches are fixed?
--Katarina's base damage on Death Lotus got jacked up way high! Scaling nerfed a bit, especially in the AP region.
--Rabadon's Deathcap got a bit more expensive again. Has Riot finally hit the sweet spot for the ridiculous 200+ AP item?

I can live with reduced slow on powerball, just don't touch his taunt. If rammuses taunt is OP, so is shen's. His is single target so it's 100% balanced.

The base damage for Death Lotus is back to what it was before she got true hybrid status.
My one complaint with her was always that her base ult damage was too low, but the scaling was too good. Now the base damage is way higher and the scaling is still rather good...
I think I'm going to stomp even harder with her now.
EDIT: After some quick math I've discovered that, with following my usual build, the damage output upon completing my 3rd and final Hextech Gunblade is exactly the same as before the patch. They just made it so you get that power sooner rather than later.
Conclusion: Very solid buff ;D

They don't usually. It's implied by trends that they patch on Tuesdays or Wednesdays though, or sometimes in the server status page.

What worries me is that they haven't even uploaded the patch onto the servers yet...
Most of the time they upload the patch about 15 minutes before they open the servers up for play, but nothing yet.
