Mechanics at that level have 70 passive Wattk. Are you sure you have more Wattk than him?

Just letting you know if you reach 4th job you wont get a huge nerf like you are saying. Biggest nerfs are in early jobs. It will affect only the new players and players that didnt get to 4th job.

lol THIS so much. I've downgraded so many times, i can't even count.

But then i make every class in the game (except the ones that costed NX , cause i can't afford them) and i train them to a relatively high level to see how fun they might actually be.

I switched from Aran to Paladin back when Arans still had monster DPS. I just enjoyed Paladins more and found them more reliable.

Um... That's not a downgrade. Shadowers have a much higher DPS than a Bowmaster if used properly.

Always had my NL, not changing.

But it's always cool to see everyone else having new styles/stuff. It indirectly affects me, so I still enjoy it. If anything, training my Cygnus, just for the blessing.

The difference for pap is because you are using a skill you'd normally not be able to use all the time (i.e. has a cooldown) so you can't simply compare their DPS.

They still kill bosses way faster. That skill shouldnt be available for bosses in the first place.

Also, Pap isn't a good boss to test someone's DPS. Mechanics have overpowered damage thanks to Siege Mode, but they can only activate it 1/3 of the time. If Pap decided to activate his annoying shield right before the Mechanic activated Siege mode, the Mechanic would have a lot of trouble trying to kill him.

I did calculations and I actually believe corsairs and mechs are really close. Only reason why mechs 'seem' stronger is that besides extreme mech, the other 4th job skills don't give them as much of a boost as corsair's (homing, summon octopi, cannon, battleship). Comparing a level 170 mech and a corsair will be more reasonable.

Did your Corsair have maxed bulleye and cannon? It seems not. I believe Corsairs have more base HP than mechs as well.

Either way, Corsairs get a major buff after the restructuring, while Mechanics get a few nerfs themselves.
