Differance between a Ele staff and a VIP staff is 4speed ranges, VIP is slow(8) Ele's are all fast(4). BIG differance, and I belive the lvl 163 Ele staff has bettter clean M.atk then a clean VIP, I could be wrong tho.

I know that. And yes, it does have better attack.

Maple vids are kinda borin to watch to me now (spam 1 move for most classes) but the music was really really good.
