When does Hex of the Beholder's ATT buff start stacking with Dragon Blood?

Just curious.....

When does Hex of the Beholder's ATT buff start stacking with Dragon Blood (skill level)? I'm aware that Hex does not "override" better ATT buffs, but lets say that I have enough points in Hex that I get a +26 ATT buff from my Beholder. Will that stack with Dragon Blood, therefore gaining +51 ATT in the process?

Yeah it stacks regardless of level.

You need level 14 (26 att) before it'll cast Beholder's Buff at the same time as Blood, but it always stacks. You just have to turn off DB until you get the Beholder buff, cause it won't cast over anything that gives more atk.

This. It's a timing issue that comes up from hex being a "smart buff"

Hex Att buffs do not last very long at early levels, and its a pain waiting for it to recast. =(
