UA & Blessing of the Empress

So how does this work exactly?
1. Do all your characters get Blessing of the Empress or only your UA (and cygnus?)?
2. Can you have both empress and fairy blessing and if so do they stack?
3. What's better: Cherry pie or plum pie?

Yeah.

So how does this work exactly?
1. Do all your characters get Blessing of the Empress or only your UA (and cygnus?)?

The Cygnus would get the same old BoF as before, from the highest level normal class on account.
