So far you've claimed you're a vigilante and that you'll kill anyone who votes for you and you've claimed to know that TheBirds was Hank. So yes, you have claimed at least two powers so far. As for my reasons being asnine, I really don't think they're that asnine given what you've said.

Mute roles are just so bizarre, they have been always town aligned (in all SP games I've been) and they always involved some powerful ability. A (mostly) confirmed townie is quite big.
