White Knight´s training places?
#1
Well i'm Lv 104 on my WhiteKnight right now and absolutely love my WK but its just... Going slow as hell to be honest.
I trained till 100 at MP3 and now switched over to pirates but it takes me like half an hour to get 20% o_o
I have no mobility whatsoever and hit max 4 monsters at a time.

Does anyone know a better place to train for me? Maybe a place where monsters are fire-weak? Because im losing motivation to train seeing everyone in my party levels like 3x as fast as me. >_<

Thanks in advance~

I saw a few WKs in Mr Anchors, it may be good but I'm not sure as I don't play a WK. I do feel your pain as I have a DK the same level as you. Warrior training post 100 is hell Sad

If you don't mind a 30% miss rate, ghost pirates in ludi are fire weak.

Oh i might try that, thanks (:
But yeah DK's are easy to train compared to a WK if you ask me x_x i've had a DK and it was pretty easy.
But now... i mean what the hell D: i cant hit crap im slow as hell and 4 monsters max with no range? ew ew ew ew ewww D:
I really hope this pays off at Lv 120

as a WK i was at MP3 until 108ish since they're both fire and thunder weak. then i moved to ghost pirates - id imagine its so slow for you because at 104 you have a 70% hit rate, no? thats not good (considering WKs don't do multiple hits with their attacks, so every miss is significant).

unfortunately theres no other place thats fire weak (or elementally weak for that matter) until ghost / dual ghost pirates, and i cant think of a place with good enough spawn to justify neutral-training.

edit: rush does pay off well at 120. it made me go from ~25% an hour at dual ghost pirates to 60%. rush helps so much...

I've read a build before but i just wanna know what to add at Lv 120-121

You get 3. 1 point in Rush is a must. Some people recommend a point in Monster Magnet as well for times when Rushing isn't very practical. Either save points for ACB after that, or you could place 1 point in Blast for 1v1 purposes before saving up.

There's also Hammer training but I wouldn't recommend it...

Oh thats great! So i would have Lv 3 Rush Lv 3 Blast and one left for another skill wich probably is for ACB?

there's no point in throwing one point in blast, at all

do 1 rush 1 divine shield, 2 acb

then max acb, then divine shield, then worry about blast

Lv1 Blast is there only because it's better than Power Strike + IF. A lot better. It's optional though.

Personally, I think Lv3 Divine Shield has too low an activation rate (6% I think) to warrant that one point so early...

COPY + PASTE from another thread. It's my recommended build as well as what i will be doing myself when i advance to paladin for the second time.

Quote: Yeah anyone suggesting not going DS right after ACB and 1 rush is a damned fool.

the pally standard should absolutely be:

1 rush
1/2 ACB
1 DS (if level 3 DS does not sound appealing for anyone, this can obviously wait til after acb)
Max ACB
Max DS
1 Blast (this could come earlier if you really want it but really 120-126 will fly by with or without it)

Then it changes depending on what people plan on doing from there.

For most people after this point who will be doing LHC off the bat when becoming a pally, i would recommend going some mix of of divine and blast. probably 7-9 divine and max blast then back to divine. At that point you'd be 146 with the following skills maxed: ACB DS Blast DC and 1 rush if i can count correctly. And at this point suggestions become more or less pointless becuase anyone should be deciding what to do with their character by 150 and a lot of the remaining skills aren't exactly critically useful.

As far as training places i don't know i haven't done those levels post-bb. i'm holding off at level 80 due to being buisy/playing other characters when i have time to play. It was always hellish at later levels before 4th job as a WK though. A bit better post bb because of getting to used charged blow, but we still hit our potential really quickly and have to watch every class navigate maps better/keep getting skills that make them a lot stronger. Hitting 4th job as a warrior is just glorious. Oh and pallies don't have monster magnet.

Its like.. horrible right now. Everyone picks on me during training cuz im so slow... I seriously feel like magicarp ´´Screw you! once i hit 120 im going to kick your asses HARD!´´

One thing is great being a WK people come up to you saying i admire you and stuff its alot better then being yelled at as playing a DB or WH. D:

Anyway thanks for the tips i'll try these out. (:

I dont know whether this will scare you, or make you feel any better, but I grinded 114-118 in one 14 hour sitting, and 118-120 in another 8 hour sitting this weekend... I've dropped to like 25% per hour...

Since I got MM, it jumped back up to like 1lvl/3hr

And I don't think Pallies have MM anymore, since Heroes no longer have Guardian (Or Gellerheads QQ!!!!)

1. Learn to rely on Ice Charge a lot when training even if you have maxed Charge Blow. Killing a helpless monster makes your effort that much more the better.
2. Try to train on something as close to your level as possible, even if getting to the place is a pain in the ass.
3. Invest in ATT Potions from New Leaf City. You have no idea how well this works.
4. Get a Pet and Auto HP Pouch and get a potion that works well for you like Ginger Ales.

Yes Paladins lost Monster Magnet entirely. I think everyone lost a chance at the Gellerhead Shield too since the quest was taken out. Oddly, I still have mine...
