Help Making a Pescas

So I'm going to be making a Pescas, and I need help figuring what strengtheners and stuff to use. I'm not very good with the Maker skill, but I do know how it all works and stuff.

I'm pretty much asking what crystals and stuff would be smartest to make the Pescas as good as possible.

Mid to High Grade Diamond, LUK Crystal and MAYBE a Dark Crystal, if you feel like risking it for the chance for 5 extra stats.
