Disconnect for Hack reason [BANNED]

I guess this is more of a "has this happened to you?" thing then a question.

Recently (since post BB) I've gotten numerous bans for the "hack" reason. These were 24 hour bans and were all for the "Hack" reason, when trying to login it gave the reason of "hacking/breaking policy" reason.

Has anyone else gotten these? or know a solution to them.

I saw one only once on GMS when I was playing my Ice Mage in Bera, but there was no ban or anything. I haven't really been on GMS since then.

Did you get the "disconnect" or "banned" message?

Being disconnected for the hack reason are quite common, and random. Being disconnected and banned is rare however

Never happened to me, anyways.

Yeah I've sent in a ticket before Christmas and have still been awaiting a response.

I can't recall which message I got before my ban(s). A lot of my buddies get disconnected for the hack reason, but I seem to be the only one to get banned. (I've gotten banned around 5 times now)

EDIT2: The message was "You have been blocked for the HACK reason"

State which programs you have open while playing maple. Maybe it's something interfering with it.

Things don't really change thats my process list with Maple open.

If anything, I'd suggest turning that anti-malware program off. Anything else is up in the air for me.

Meh i never get banned when i get disconnected for the hack reason

Only time i got banned was that dual blade bubbling quest

most of the time it happens in game is when you attack a mob that's frozen from either your own lag or someone else on the map who is lagging.
