Advance blue aura

Do I need to max this (adv blue aura) to advance to 4th job and with the sp reset scroll could I lower quad blow and max blood drain and still have quintuple blow?

Nope, you need max Quad for Quintuple Blow.

You don't have to spend all of your SP to advance.

You don't need to spend all your sp to advance but, I wouldn't get more then 5 blood drain and 18 booster combo any more in drain is a waste.

^ Actually if you were to get 5 drain then, go with lvl 6 easier to manage with 17 booster for closer duration time.
