How big of a deal would 46 extra STR be? I currently have 50 STR and I guess I want to be STRless now, but I don't want to make another WH all over again. :| I'm wondering how much this would effect my damage in the long wrong? AP reset is out the question. That's over 100 dollars of AP resets.

You're fine. Don't worry about it.

Yeah, you're fine. Just think of it as needing less STR equipment.

Oh, okay. That seems like a relief. I also just read about 130/140 equips. So my goal will be to get those.

secondary statless builds are verhyped and unnecessary. the only reason why secondary less builds worked on SINS was because the Lucky 7 and Triple throw formula benefited more from LUK and weapon attack, versus every other classes' main stat + secondary.
Now post BB secondary stats aren't as back seat as they were before (if they ever were?), but you don't NEED to absolutly go X-less.
50 strength is NOT debilitating. AT ALL. My bowmaster has 90 base strength AND has 30 points into HP. You think i'm QQing? So it's 46 points you could have put into dex. You can start your character over if you want, but is resetting 46 measly dex points really worth the time it took you to get to whatever level you're on anyway?
Another way to look at it: At level 200 you'll have over 1000 dex points. 46 of over 1000 is pretty much negligible.

With potential and other stat boosters, i believe the stat screen will go over 1000 o_o

Me thinks the only reason to go strless is to either take advantage of potential gear stat bonuses (and even then margianally) or to wait until a higher level to start pumping str. The latter is signficant simply due to the better crap you get at higher levels that include str by default (MoN / HTP, pure gold set, etc) so it makes being low str easier by being higher level.
Then of course theres the influx of new better gear as time goes on (permanent 3str face accessories for this patch, alien belts / rings before that, etc) that make delaying the switch to low str more appealing. But in the end a couple dozen points won't make much of a difference. On my mech 5dex is roughly 50 max damage, so 20 points would be roughly 200damage. thats like... 1k damage with atomic hammer? on things that have ~60k HP? yeah, thats going to make a difference.
(that said, im still strless because of me waiting for VPQ to open up again so i can get some rings and maybe a VIP gun)

590 points in dex with 4+90 in str is exactly the same at 500+90 points in dex and 94 in str. i don't see why people just take the latter option instead. it's just easier

less lulz-worthy:
many equips add all stats (or at least both dex and str). if you have 94 base str, you dont need all stat things. you wont be making full use of the bonuses provided. my zhelm gives me 36 useful stats. someone with 94 base would probably only use 21 of those -- the dex. often these are equips you would wear anyways because theyre the best thing available. zak/czak, MoN/htp/chtp, most rings, color belts, goggles/glasses, medal... might as well make full use of them. it isnt just 4+90 & 590 vs 94 & 500+90. its more like 44+60 & 550+90 vs 94+50 & 500+100.
