From what I heard, they were leaked trailers, so, yeah. Dont see the harm in having them though.

Wow, I just watched the trailer. People are crying about this? So you see Lightning de-crystalizing and reuniting with her friends and you look at Cocoon which is now crystalized. Which also happens to be the game logo. You think that's a major spoiler? I thought it was pretty small. It's not like it totally ruins the entire plot.

You know Lightning will have to complete the Focus, so the trailer really hasn't told you anything you didn't already know.

Also Sarah, yes, there have been other games that COMPLETELY spoil the ending for you. Hello there, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep. And in the same way, the Ending did not say anything about the original story. Never heard anyone complain about it.

Square doesn't have the balls to kill a main character. They couldn't even let Tidus die properly.


Also why is it that whenever anyone says anything negative about FFXIII you pop up out of nowhere to protect it like it's your first born son? Did you have a hand in its creation or something? It was a pretty mediocre game, I don't understand why you're so insistent on defending it.

So I just finished ff13 the other day and is optimistic about a better game with the sequel! I feel that square-enix must be aware of all the complaints and problems the first game had and can take this game as a second chance. While I liked ff13, it's pretty obvious where the game went wrong. Since the first game was all about "the run", it makes sense if this game was more about going to different towns and places with a purpose rather than just HAPPEN to pass by. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some headquarters(GC?) to constantly go back to after doing missions.

Of course they can completely disregard everyone's complaints and continue to make another very mediocre game like they have been doing with most of the series anyway!
