Is it just me, or is nexon over an hour late starting the patch?

Yup, servers are still up.
With a lovely scrolling message on top that says there's going to be a game update on the 18th (no time given). Ah well, still about 55 minutes of the 18th left...
Seems 2x events aren't the only things they forget all about.

I dunno what you guys are talking about. I can't get on.

This is usually the case.
The login server goes down at the set time, on the dot.
However, the game servers usually stay up for 10-20 minutes longer. Guess they take them down one by one or something.
This time it's taking a lot longer than normal, though.

Edit (23:21 pst): Kradia is finally down.
Now we just have to wait and see how many extensions we get...

Since they started an hour and 20 minutes late I expect extensions.

HMMM. By my watch its 10:36 and the game is stil down with no extension notice.

To rollout the 'Mech properly we will be having a game update starting at 10 PM Pacific (1 AM Eastern) on January 18. The maintenance will last 9.5 hours.

Go to your maplestory folder, and open the game launcher. You deal with less bullshit when you use that.
