Decent Haste and 6% dex. Actually I was aiming for 9% dex, but, weird enough, I got Decent Haste twice while zero 9% dex.

Stick with decent haste. Getting both of those is pretty hard in itself so a skill and a primary line would just be asking to throw money away. Cubing something else would be a better use of your money.

Oh. Eh. Up to you really. Dec haste and dash is almost the same thing except one is a constant buff. Depending on whichever you're more comfortable using, that's where your answer will come from. If you like haste, keep it. If not, cube for 15% dex.

Can't you equip another shoe over it and keep the skill in your version?

I would recube them personally, 3% more Dex seems more useful than some speed/jump you already get from using Dash

Have you tried the "drop directly from equip window" method?

If you plan on playing your Evan at higher levels you will be toast without MG, and you'd be weaker without the other ones.

Oh, I do have MG. I was wondering about Critical and Booster. Mainly Booster, since it adds the same speed regardless of level. I'll probably buy both though, since it's becoming less boring now that I'm getting more and more levels. That and the fact that lots of people seem to agree that 1-100 on Evan is boring and slow

Recubed my belt cause i wanted more than what i had (was 16% STR). This is what i got 28% DEX. Now i just need to sell this or trade for a STR belt.

Sell it and get a good weapon attack witch belt. Post chaos 4th tier is gone, that or get something that has a lot of 9's rather than 12's.
