Help on mp washing formula for ap resetting 15 times per level for archer class.
#1
My friend has this problem.

She has an archer class, and has levelled quite high without int equips, now she discovered that, she needed some hp for a final few levels and she would like to spend a bit of money on it.

Her proposed plan was to

1. Add 5 ap to mp when she levelled up
2. Buy AP reset and down mp add 5 ap to dex
3. Buy AP reset down mp add 10 ap to hp

Her Question is

how much int is needed for her to do that?
I undestand the above method is called triple washing.

Why would you wash mp for Archer?

Wouldn't you need to leave at least one point in the MP pool so that you can actually MP->HP? If you take out all 5 right away and put it in dex, you'll no longer have a point in the HP/MP pool and shouldn't be able to wash that way.

Quote:1. Lvl and add 5 AP to MP w/ int gear
2. Calculate the min MP for that lvl, as well as MP need to reduce for 5 dex (60). Buy AP resets and down MP, raise HP until: Current MP - 60 = Min MP (at that lvl)
3. Buy 5 AP resets down MP, add 5 AP to DEX
Fixed

Post BB Min Mp calculator for all class here

MP increasement per AP add
ArbalistMaster Wrote:[job base range] + floor(int * 0.075)
MP reduction per AP reset: 12 (Bowmen)

HP increasement per AP add: 16 (Bowmen)

Dunno if the formula change post BB though. Pre BB ppl usually lvl and adding MP w/ 150~300 int+ for few lvls (5~10 lvl or more) to be able to triple wash. Keep in mind that you can't reduce MP anymore when current MP reach/below min MP

Btw, I have a vid guide MP washing (dl from youtube - the owner deleted vid), pm me if you want link

i think she needs like 200 to get 15 washes into hp and replace her dex back so ~200 int from gears.

See the above post for how to go about it.

BTW 200 is pretty doable with potentials.

so 200 int would allow one to triple wash nicely.

Thank You for all your replies.
