Gone as in how? If anyone remembers, a lot of people got 2x exp cards as gifts last Thanksgiving to make up for the glitched accounts AND in addition to the event. The first night they expired if you logged out with them so they gave out new ones which were fine.

Gone as in, I got up this morning, logged out of my alt who had been sitting in FM all night, logged in on my main, went to kill stuff and noticed no EXP boost. Cards were gone, no message like you would normally see when a Cash Shop item expires. ("_____ has expired and will be removed from your inventory..." or similar.)

I wouldn't be surprised if this were similar, so let's see if they fix it. I just figured they realized I shouldn't have had them in the first place.

That's exactly what happened during the Thanksgiving ones. They had another server check to fix the problem with them.

The only difference is the thanksgiving ones were the pink card, and it was just that single one.

Well, I logged a ticket about this and got a speedy reply. Apparently they think the cards are still on my character, and requested a load of information that I won't be able to supply. (Time I logged in and noticed they were gone, channel of that, time/channel I received them, etc.) Now, that sounds like info they would need to look things up in their transaction logs, so I'll do my best, but who the heck remembers things like that?

I may be able to give them the time I received the cards, because I tried to screenshot that, but if (as usual) the SS didn't work, I'll have to be vague about that, too.

Oh well... at least we can make them aware of the problem. They probably copy-and-pasted the code from the Thanksgiving free tickets, without remembering that they also vanished.
