Question about an EXP hair from Henesys

Hi there! I need a bit of information about a certain EXP hair from Henesys. I saw a person in FM with this hair, her name is RainLetter. She was very nice and told me the place where she got the hair... however, I do not know the EXP hair's name, and whether it can currently be obtained, or whether it's been discontinued. Could you please check RainLetter on the ranks, and if you know this information about her hair tell me? This would take you just a moment and it would really help me. I just spend 3 royal coupons for a friend to her this hair so far we havn't gotten it yet. I'd like to know if I'm wasting my time and money trying to get this via royal.

When I was trying to get it.....I lost track of how many coupons I used. Some people get it in 2 coupons, some people (like me)..... lets not get into it.

Not sure about this, but I think its removed. There have been lots and lots that want that hair but couldn't get it. There are also some EXP hairs that supposedly got removed also, like Top tied hair.

There have been complains about this on Nexon forums/basil
