Considering pierce is your best damage on 3+ targets, and LHC has 3+ target mobs often, yeah...

I'd rather go with single target, instead of charging and waiting for ideal situations. Its too slow.

Account tradeable only once, like the Adventurer rings, sadly.
Every race gets a different item if you create a new char and get it 80. event for the Chaos patch.
