Kubo likes reinforcing the fact that he does not remember his own work.

Remember the fight with Grimmjow? 2 chapters before he could only keep his mask for 11 seconds when he fought Ulquiorra, and he suddently became capable of wearing it for like 1 hour. Seriously, i started to like this mask Sad

Hueco Mundo's time moves much more slowly in the presence of a released espada. 11 seconds = 1.1 hours!

Its dbz all over again! Everyone give goku their power to defeat brolly. Why will ichigo need all that power thou? Someone better than azien is coming? I think aizen was the best enemy in the whole series

So... Chad's power wasn't from Ichigo's leaking spirit pressure?

Basically, but I'm sure that it still helped his power along some.
But in this case, shouldn't that mean Orihime is the same way?

Chad powers were triggered by Ichigo spirit pressure, but they're not exactly from him. He states himself his powers looks more like those of a hollow than a shinigami. Orihime's probably the same thing, but her powers are far from hollow/shinigami.

You guys can theorycraft all you want but in 100~200 or so chapters Kubo is going to retcon how they got their powers for a 4th time.

I'm a little annoyed with the story right now. What is the point of having Ichigo lose his powers if the very next plot point is to give him back his powers? It was a perfect time to give other characters the spot light or for some interesting character development for Ichigo. Then this new group is annoying. Not the characters, but the fact that they where introduced. There are already at least two groups that are still alive that we would like to see some development and backstory from. Then on top of that issue, this group sounds like they will become completely pointless to introduce if they are just going to give up their powers to Ichigo before we have enough time to even begin to care about this new group.

And in terms of Chad and Orihime's powers and the fact that other friends of Ichigo can see the dead: First we we where told it was Ichigo's spiritual pressure, and later Aizen said it was the result of the Macguffin. Are there other changes to the origins of these powers that I might be missing?

The hilt of his sword was in the shape of a swastika in case you never noticed.

Its not a swastika. IIRC is kanji for ban or something like that.

And as similar as they may be, a Swastika points on the opposite direction. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Nazi_Swastika.svg

Dude, no. It's a swastika. Don't bring the nazi germany bastardization into here trying to correlate the two; one's a symbol used by a radical dictatorship, the other's a symbol for good luck/the sun by buddhism and hinduism, amongst other places. Bleach uses the latter.

But Aizen was wrong, the hougyoku didn't give Orihime and Chad powers because they wanted to help.

Wrong.

The Nazi Swastika and Hindu one are of the same orientation (except the Nazi one is tilted). The Symbol on Ichigo's Bankai is inverted, and the symbol over Ichigo in the last chapter is inverted when compared to a swastika.

You stated the obvious but did not refute either your argument or mine.
Please take your high-standing ego elsewhere.

Then please stop calling it a Swastika, when it clearly is not.
And yes I refuted your arguement. You called it a Swastika, and I showed you that it is not.

Edit:

Its "Ban" not a Swastika.

*sigh* http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Swastika

It is a swastika. You are operating in ignorance by saying that any swastika is automatically the one used by the Nazi's with your earlier comment.
