Something fishy with Revenge of the Beholder?

Hey guys:

So I just realized when I was Papping, Revenge of the Beholder doesn't work whenever I camp on the top platforms and hit Pap from there (and get touch damage constantly).

But when I go to the bottom, Revenge of the Beholder works normally.

Any idea what is going on? :f6:

Well, for the beholder to counter it needs to be in range right? If you stand at the top ledge at Pap, maybe beholder can't reach him due to a poor downward range? Just a guess taken out of thin air though.
