Pirate Damage Ranges [v3]

Running at about 128% DEX right now. I'm definitely going to cube this nose to 12% + DEX. Then I'll have to cube either of my 2 line lvl 90 pants to 15% or find a 3 line pants. Finally, I'll be done. >_<

Nothing good, but my gun is pretty decent. Planning on getting at least 130 attack on a Dragonfire revolver soon with white scrolls and 50%'s.

You're low-strength; your strength is less than your level.

Thats all the requirement for low DEX? I've been thinking low dex was 40-, kewl.

Slowly started to upgrade a little.. managed 49%str which takes me to 32k range with mw19/stew/Super transform @lvl 174.. such a long way to go to get a decent str%, though.
