How to Android

What are the uses of the Androids, What are their bonuses, are the restricted to one of the Five groups for the newest update in KMS? I need either a thread about it or something. I can't find anything in one whole other thread other than the extraction's.

I believe the Android just acts as another item slot, and provides stats. Unlike belts and rings, the Android actually shows up and follows you around.

You need to be a Creator to make Androids, which means you need to learn Mining. I got an Lv. 30 Male Android Recipe for reaching level 4 Creator before January 31, but I haven't been able to get all the items required for it yet, so I don't know too much about it yet.

The recipe for the Android body is:
- 25 Adamantium Plates
- 5 Regular Varnish (available from NPC for 5k each)
- 10 Brown Powders
- 10 Intermediate Item Crystals

The recipe for the Android heart is:
- 3 Silver Plates
- 1 Regular Varnish
- 4 Intermediate Item Crystals

As far as i know, EVERYTHING made with Professions is tradeable or at least Bind on Equip. I'm pretty sure Androids are tradeable.

Sweet, Then I can make a Blacksmith mule and make my DrK a Jewler and Miner.

Is there any way to further customize the android? In a similar fashion to dragon equips/mech equips? Does the android heart have any extra purpose and do higher level androids (assuming there are any) require different hearts?

I think that it comes out random gender and looks, but the heart gives the stats.

Mostly because they're expensive.

Hmmm, what do Android do btw? Just add stats like a normal equip?

And does every Android look the same? Or can you customize them in the making process?

I made my level 30 Android heart. It gives 60 defense and lasts 2 weeks...I think you have to make a new one every time it expires to keep your Android running.

Every player I've seen has a different looking Android. They look like players and I can't tell if they have cash equips on them or what. I still need 9 item crystals to make the Android itself.

Edit: Got my item crystals. Tomorrow morning I'll have my Android.

Man, this is disappointing. As far as I can tell, the Android does NOTHING. It appears to acquire a random look when you make it, because there's nothing I can do to change the appearance of mine. The Android is Bind on Equip, and you need a recipe every time you make one (you don't need another recipe for the heart, though).

If there's some functionality to the Android, I haven't figured it out yet. Right now I'm just even more angry at how bad Creator is.
