As a fighter, I seriously don't really mind much if I'm ksed (coz I'm a melee class) but if I'm doing something important like quests (25% of the time when I'm training), if a kser comes in. I normally politely ask them to leave in a reasonable manner. 80% of the people entering my map would leave but the other 20% will refuse/ignore me and continue ksing (ie. the immature jerks).
When this happens, I will ask them again and if they continue, I'll either ignore them and continue hunting or cc.
However if they DO any hostile actions against me, that includes insulting me on the spot or defaming me, that's when I get really cruel and often the kser will end up having a nasty chunk of their fame blasted away by me =P (around -2 to -23*maximum no of fame I've ever dropped*). This rarely happens though, I will only strike back at self defense.

My definition of ksing is pretty much the same as everyone else. If you were there first, then the map is yours. When someone tries to kill in the map, that has become "yours" without your consent, then I consider it KSing.
I handle ksing in a few ways. If I go to the person to ks them, I need a very good reason. I won't ks someone just because my friend said they didn't like them, and I won't do it without asking the person i'm ksing's side of the story as well.
If someone tries to ks me......... awwwwwwww hell naw....... If they're not a mage, i'll ks them with my shadower ( I haven't "lost" to ANYONE who is not a mage on my shadower). If they're a mage, or they decide to bring a friend, then in comes the big guns (my 100% 2 hit newties and skeles bishop)

personally, id love new rules regarding ksing, but we all know this isnt gonna work because even if 90% of all maplers think that ksing is wrong and agree with whatever rules you have on here. The other 10% is still gonna say that no one on any fansite has the authority to boss over what they can or cannot do. This is really pointless unless you take it up to nexon. Being nexon, they wont do a long time unless you constantly annoy them over and over again over a long period of time.

I was once accused of ksing the map 2 maps right of heny with the pigs in it. I was there first was killing for some event quests, then some low lvl people who would likely train there started killing on one side. I knew it was a popular training spot so I just moved to one side to erupt on the pigs there. When they came over to the side I was on, they said to stop ksing :f6: . I tried to explain that I was already being nice, but I don't think they understood my explanation since it wasn't simple English due to details and I don't think they knew English well to begin with. But really, is it KSing now just because I am too high a lvl to be "training" in an area but take the spot anyway?

I think what Nexon meant by being against the ToS is excessive Kill Stealing. Like following a person around, 24/7, ksing them constantly

No, they mean you ks, you're banned. Khainpriest (lvl 200 in khaini =P) got banned for ksing Salleem (lvl 200 NL immigrant to Scania) for what I recall as a short bit of ksing at Himes. Its rumored that Salleem had GM connections, but still KP got banned for it.
