Not that big a deal, doesn't seem like he or anyone else was actually living in it. He'll get a ton of money for it too so... lucky guy!

Yeah, so in a way, it is understandable in accidents (since we can believe them that it is a rare mistake and generally does not happen).

Well, if this really happened to me, then I would probably say woe is me, then figure out a place to live, then at least negotiate for either rebuilding of house or compensation that hopefully is not $5 worth or some 2x events because that would suck.
