What did you inherit from your parents?
#1
Genealogically.

I believe I got the brains from my dad, and empathy from my mom. Appearance-wise, I'm pretty much a photocopy version of my dad, just resized for correct proportions.

My mother's stubbornness. I like to think my other traits came from my grandparents.

My grandparent's way of not talking much. My mother's way of always being on time and organized. My father's rational and logical thinking.

Addictive habbits(both), introverted nature(mom), insomnia(mom), hate for father figure(father).

I believe that I have some trace of Crohns disease, which runs in my family (grandma, and cousin have it). Never been tested, but I have a very weak stomach/digestive system.

I apparently inherited my dad's facial features, though I don't know wtp he looks like. :X

As far as I can tell, I only inherited whatever Hispanic traits my mom has. I'm clueless otherwise.

a) My dad's short temper
b) My mom's habit in regards to enjoy talking with people

But I hate socializing with strangers.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

I really hate my short-temper too, it gets in my way a lot of times.

Are you sure that's not just their old age?

Dad's stomach (includes metabolims and lactose intolerance and intolerance for extremely spicy food [both of which i ironically enjoy eating a lot Frown]) + physical traits (apparently i look and sound alike, but i can't tell :/).
mom and dad's temper (it's a hell of a lot of confusion up in my head when something infuriates me. my dad is passive, but adamant when it's serious, and my mom is adamant about everything).
My mom's undying love for food and the quest to always eat more unique types and probably some less notable physical features (hair/toes/ w/e).

Got the brains from both of them. Parents with two masters each under their belt=yeyeyeyeye.
I have a sarcastic demeanor from my dad.
and I have my granddad's face, and my mother's stubbornness.

Bad temper from my mom. Few words from my dad.

The more I grow up the more I realize I look like my dad. His nose, some of his gestures and whatnot. When I was younger I looked a lot more like my mom though.

My dad - Looks (kinda) , my humor, my sarcasm and my smarts
mom - The fact that I'm almost 30 and look 18. Shes 62 and looks early 40s. I get carded everywhere I go.
My grandma - my compassion for others

From the top of my head.

Father
Face and body shape
Personality - introverted around strangers, patient, hate crowds, sarcastic.

Mother
Brain
Skin color (white)
"Bad" Hair
Personality - explosive anger when patience runs out.

I also got part of my mother's tendency of being considerate of other people, which helps balance my logic-driven-sometimes-indifferent- side. So I might detest or have a chronic distrust towards people, but I'm unable to act cold towards persons that are passing through what I consider tough situations (if said person haves no fault for being in that situation).

I also have a soft spot for children (mom's side) up to when they start behaving like rabid Pineapples of hell. Then I hate them.
