Scrolling STR Earrings

I'm hoping to scroll STR earrings, REX earrings in particular.So here are a few questions, if you could answer these it would be great.
1) What are the chances of the tablets for STR on succeeding?
2) Does accesory for STR 70% work on earrings?
3) Does Armor for STR 60% work on earrings?
4) What is the best way to scroll STR earrings?

Assuming he means the ones that work on rings, I tried it on my glasses (eye accessory) and earring (ear accessory?) and they didn't work. Pretty sure they're limited to belts, pendants, and rings, as the description says.

Thanks for your answers, but firstly, in the FM i saw Tablets which didn't tell me the chance of passing but just told me the chance of exploding if it fails. So I'm not sure about that one. And for question 4, yes duh, potential it for STR obviously but in terms of scrolling for STR. I want STR coming from scrolls and potential. So im guessing the tablets is the only option?
