Boss monsters + catch

What do you mean? The summons don't drop anything or do anything (although I have seen a video where a summon used a magic attack on another monster....others have messed with it a bit). You can't kill a summon either - they just vanish after a certain amount of time.

being in the map when a pink bean dies gives your credit toward the medal? or do you have to damage it? idk just guessing.

Capture doesn't work on anything with a boss flag ticked - so Pap wouldn't be catchable. :/


All mobs that spawn a second form have been blocked from capturing as well so real mobs can't be spawned because of it.

Tried it with King Sage Cat and it says "Cannot capture boss monsters".

Well yeah, I did the Eliza quest earlier today, and instead of killing it, I Jaguar-oshi'd it. Instant win.

The stirge in B1 jump quest can be Jaguar-oshi'd though, it seems. I wonder if it still gives something like 10,000 EXP :>

Pretty funny stuff. I'm amazed there is not any other threads on the other forums about this. I don't see a patch for fixing it yet either.

Just so you all know, It is achieved by hackers using a packet editor to send a modified packet of using call of the hunted (or w/e its called)
They modify the packets and replace the hex version of the original mob id with the hex version of PBs for instance and get free PB buffs

It is NOT legit, it IS hacking.

Technically, it's packet editing, not hex editing.

He didn't specify using hacks or not. TBH, even if you could hack Pap in, I'm sure there's some other measure in place to keep the second from from being spawned or else hackers would've done it already.

Ya, you either cant summon mobs with a second form,it will just not work when you try or when you send the packet it will summon a different mob instead.
