How does CSB work?

Does the damage displayed in the skill tables the amount it reaches at max charge or is that damage of min charge?
Is BSB any stronger than CSB?

That's maximum damage. BSB is weaker, but you'll do more damage in the long run because you don't have to charge it.

Pretty sure that's for the max charge.
And I think BSB is stronger in the end, its faster for sure.
I only see Brawlers/Marauders training with BSB and never with CSB

BSB gets a buff from brawling mastery, so it's stronger.

Both get a buff from brawling mastery. IIt runs by the same concept: backspin will win out by speed, But A full charged Corkscrew should be able to deal more damage. Most of the time you're using an uncharged corkscrew to mob anyway, so damage shouldn't really matter that much at all.
