Not sure what to do...

Okay, so I have a Wii (shut up, I love it). A couple of days ago, I found out my friend had a Xbox 360 and got a good load of games I've been dying to play. Of course, I've always held back in buying one because I already had a game system. Now, I'm not too sure what I should do.

We don't live close to each other, so the only way to play would be to play online.

Would it be a good idea to get an Xbox as well? Or has anyone been in my situation?

Either way, if you the XBOX has more games you're interested in and will provide you with an overall better experience then that's probably what you should invest in.

If you have the finances to get one, I'd say you should definitely get one. I love the Wii to death, but the 360 is definitely the better system, and it has better games.

No no. Definitely not selling it. I love my Wii too much to sell/trade it. I've always been a Nintendo fan too.

I'm actually not to sure about finances. I mean, I'm already planning on travelling for the summer, and I want to allocate as much money to that as possible. Although, I think it'll be worth it. Still a little tentative to decide about it though.

PSST- If the games you want aren't exclusive I recommend you a PS3. Blu-ray. Better exclusives. Better graphics. FREE ONLINE! But if you want Halo/Gears of Wars, go on and buy a 360 already!

I've actually sat back in my chair just mini-raging how Wii wasn't going to have Marvel vs. Capcom 3 or Super Street Fighter 4 on it. I was HIGHLY disappointed and it was times like that when I wanted one.

I mean, money's not an issue at all. It's just that I really don't want it to feel like I'm wasting money by getting this system, having a Wii, and getting a Nintendo 3DS in March. A bit overwhelming!

I'm almost in the exact same boat as you. I love my Wii, but if it wasn't for 3-4 games, i would have sold it already. The PS3 have so much games, it don't even compare to the Wii. I'll probably buy one soon.

I'm focused on the xbox360 because a friend has it too. Online game-play wise anyways.

Also, I'm hearing that the new 4GB Xbox won't play Halo: Reach. :f6:

note: I'm just going to be playing it for a few games. I have no intention of downloading it onto the hard-drive.

From what I read, the problem was solved, so it should play Halo correctly now. Also, it was just a problem with online co-op or something like that. And I think it's just Halo.

More is better, that said i have all 3 and i never play the wii or xbox :3
