Tracking doesn't work half the time

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Title. Whenever I try to track characters, nothing shows up. I'm sure it isn't lag though, since others have tried it.

Make sure the tab on the chat bar is set to all, and not just a specific group.
