MapleStory will be going through a scheduled Cash Shop maintenance on November 24, 2010. This update involves all Cash Shop servers, and will last for approximately 30 minutes.
Gameplay will not be affected during this maintenance.

Eastern: 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 29, 2010

But I think if they were going to do that they'd have said so in the notice.
Some chance they'll set up the "White Winter" sale that has so far been absent this year.
Most likely they'll just add some of the usual junk, and this just replaces the weekly maintenance. (Which means not only no bugs fixed, but also no world transfers and w/e else they do during those maintenances).

Still, the cash shop maintenance on Nov 30th cleared up my Error 38 long enough for me to get some stuff out of cash shop (that I'd bought using mules during the Black Friday sale). I am hoping this one will do the same, for long enough to get water of life and pet equips.

What about the resistance rings?

Ha! I went into the map yesterday, at least 3~4 hackers there, two of which had pets.

Reduce yourself to the fewest number of items in equip (equipped equipment and cash shop gear count), use, etc, and setup. That fixed it for my Buccaneer, though whenever I try to enter with a large number of equips in my equip tab it will still give me the error 38.

Thank you. I'm familiar with this solution. Unfortunately, I have too many untradeables for it to work for me. I don't want to drop any of them.
