If you have 20$ card like the 1 I got for xmas, do this:

choose 10k from nexon and put the code in. After this go to paybycash>ultimate game card page again and it should say you have some balance left. Choose pw by clicking "register" from the left that will be connected to the e-mail you have for MS account. After this you can use your balance to get that remaining 10k nx.
