Repeated account deactivated message

So i was playing on my account, and i was disconnected. I try to log in again, but it says my account has been deactivated. It gives me the option to reactivate it and change my password, which i do. But when i try to log back in, it tells me my account has been deactivated again. This happened to my account and my brothers. I was wondering how do i fix this, since i cant send a ticket to nexon, and if i lose the account forever? I know all the information for both account. If anyone can help me with this, i will be thankful.

There's nothing you can do except to change your IP or use a proxy [Hotspot Shield]. I've been waiting for a reply from Nexon for over two months now and my ticket is still in stage of "work in progress" or something like that. I doubt Nexon will be fixing this problem anytime soon; probably in two year or so. You can use Hotspot Shield to reactivate your account and play Maplestory though with the exception of you can only start maplestory from the website not from GameLauncher (when you login with GameLauncher, you get the message "unable to contact login server" so something like that), and if you play Combat Arms, there's no way to even play Combat Arms.

Wait to change my IP do i just a call them, to change it? Also where can i get a Hotspot Shield? Thanks for helping me :], and i only play maple and i always start from the website now.

Changing you IP depend on your Internet Provider; I have Time Warner RoadRunner Cable so I have to call Time Warner to change my IP address. When I call Time Warner, the operator say she changed my IP but when I check my IP on whatismyip.com it's still the same, so I don't know. I read somewhere that turning off your internet modem for 24 hours changes your IP address also, but I haven't try it myself.

I suggest you call your Internet Provider to change your IP address instead of using HotSpot Shield. Hotspot Shield is annoying to use; it doesn't load flash, annoying ads on every page you go to, and you have to load in up everytime you want to play Nexon's game.

I have AT&T and i'll call them soon, and by modem is it the internet box? I was always wondering is hotspotshield safe to use. Thanks for the help, you're a life saver.

yeah the internet box. the one that is connected to your router (mine is black). hotspot shield is safe to use. no virus or spyware at all. lots of people use.

Umm i just turned off my internet box overnight, and then i turned it back on the next day. Then i was able to get it to work. Thanks man, not sure how to repay you.
