What happens after that Reorganization update if you already purchased the skill book from the CS, since the skill is getting canned?

Sudden Raid was replaced by Blade Fury, the same way Brandish was replaced by Brave Slash. All Sudden Raid books will become Blade Fury books and your mastery level of Sudden Raid will be your mastery level of Blade Fury.
