I swear I have been looking for this pineappleer for the longest time EVER!

Can someone tell me where he is?

And no, he ISN'T at the bottom left/right of the town steps.

I just saw him by the mansion near the FM entrance. Maybe his location is based on time?

Unfortunately, that's regular Wonny. For some reason, I can't talk to him.

From 10 - 11 PST he's up at the mansion for one specific quest and any other quests related to regular Wonny become unavailable. You just had to wait for him to move back to the bottom of the steps.

I knew he moved but no-one would listen to me

Yeah, I finally got it. I'm starting to think Wonny isn't the only NPC that moves in that map. Luckily, I got a lot of them done.
