There will be compensation of free 2x drops tomorrow (err tomorrow tomorrow!).

Gaga will not be compensating for lost rings due to missing extensions. Thanks for playing our game!

I bet the problem has something to do with the Cash Shop and that is what is delaying things...if it was just a regular glitch or game breaking bug the game would have been up on time!

Just going by what Hime has said on the Nexon forums.

And MapleStory is a big deal to us too. We don't want the servers down either and we really don't like extending. If we didn't have to we wouldn't but unfortunately, we have to keep it down because right now the game isn't working properly. Once it is working properly it will be back up. Thank you.

Downtime like this is almost always a CS related issue. Regular game breaking stuff they often let slide, NX/Cash Shop stuff they take seriously.
