Her main character can't enter cash shop to retrieve it, due to a bug Nexon hasn't been able to fix.
She is hoping that, despite there being no mention of it in the patch notes, the cash shop will work for her main again, at least for as long as it takes to get that hat out.
i hope nexon will fix it many players are affected

They dont exist. WH hair is for females, BaM for males. They never bothered to make a equivalent for the opposite sex.

Okay, I just tried Right Click > Run as Administrator. That seemed to have loaded it o.o, I was able to get through HackShield and receive the "server check/firewall block, go to MapleStory homepage Yes/No" popup thingy..

--> I'm on Win Vista btw, haven't checked on Win7 yet. I did not have to Run as Admin before this manual patch..

This worked for me on Win7, same result as you.
