Ice Strike range and description

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

The Ice / Lightning Mage skill Ice Strike still has the description it had before Big Bang. It's range also is much shorter than it is according to the data; it's supposed to have max range at level one, but it seems to have the 110% range from the skill description.

Here you can see that I am using Ice Strike, but the monsters aren't getting hit, even though they should be at this point.

Where'd you hear that it's supposed to be max range at level 1? Here's level 1's range.

EDIT: Ohh I see what the problem is now. Old system instead of new system. Huh.
